RETURN & REFUND POLICY
APPLICABILITY
This Returns & Refunds Policy applies only in relation to bookings, services and other purchases made via our website or direct booking channels with The Eagle Hotel. It does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, where they apply.
CANCELLATION BY YOU (GUEST)
If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing (email) or by telephone as set out in your booking confirmation.
If your booking is cancellable (flexible rate), and you cancel by the deadline specified in your booking confirmation (for example 48 hours prior to arrival), any payment made will be refunded in full (less any non-refundable deposit or processing fee, where stated).
If you cancel after the deadline, or if you fail to arrive (“no-show”), you will be liable for the full cost of the stay or the amount as stated in your booking confirmation.
Bookings made under a non-refundable (prepaid) rate cannot be cancelled or refunded (unless otherwise stated).
AMENDMENTS BY YOU
If you request to change the date, time, or services of your booking, we will endeavour to accommodate the request but cannot guarantee availability.
If the amendment results in a lower cost booking, any difference will be refunded subject to the original cancellation terms.
If the amendment results in a higher cost booking, you will be required to pay the difference at the time of amendment.
REFUNDS BY US
If we cancel your booking (other than for reasons beyond our reasonable control) we will offer a full refund of payments made, or an alternative date or accommodation of equal standard.
If we cancel due to an unavoidable reason (force majeure, renovation, etc), we will refund amounts already paid but will not be liable for any further compensation.
RETURN OF SERVICES / PARTIAL STAY
If you leave early or fail to show up for part or all of your stay, no refund will be offered for the unused portion unless otherwise agreed in writing by us.
Additional services or extras not utilised (e.g., meals, events) may only be refunded at our discretion and depending on supplier terms.
HOW REFUNDS ARE MADE
Refunds will be made via the same payment method originally used to secure the booking, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your account (UK banking times).
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We reserve the right to change this Returns & Refunds Policy at any time. The applicable version will be the one in force at the time you made your booking.
