Welcome to The Eagle Hotel. By confirming your booking, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read these carefully before completing your reservation.
If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not proceed with your booking.

RESERVATIONS AND CONFIRMATION
By confirming your booking, you agree to our standard hotel policies.
All reservations are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Once confirmed, bookings cannot be cancelled or amended without full charge.
A valid credit or debit card is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
Card details will be stored securely for the duration of your stay in compliance with GDPR and PCI DSS standards.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Check-in: From 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.
Check-out: By 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
Guests arriving early or departing late may request an extension, subject to availability and possible additional charges.
On arrival, guests are required to:
Present a valid form of photo identification (e.g. passport, driving licence).
Complete a registration form including full name, address, and contact information.
PAYMENTS
Payment for your booking can be made using the following methods:
Major credit or debit cards
PayPal
Stripe
Klarna (subject to eligibility and Klarna’s terms)
All payments are processed securely. The Eagle Hotel does not store your full payment details directly.
Third-Party Payment Terms
If you choose to pay via a third-party payment provider, the following terms apply:
PayPal: Payments are subject to PayPal’s User Agreement and Privacy Policy, available at www.paypal.com.
Stripe: Payments are processed under Stripe’s Services Agreement and Privacy Policy, available at www.stripe.com.
Klarna: Payments made using Klarna’s “Pay Later” or “Pay in Instalments” services are governed by Klarna Bank AB’s Terms and Conditions, available at www.klarna.com.
By selecting one of these methods, you also agree to comply with their respective policies.
DAMAGES, BREAKAGES AND MISSING ITEMS
The Eagle Hotel reserves the right to charge your stored card for any:
Breakages or damage to hotel property
Missing items or excessive cleaning required after your stay
You will be notified before any charges are applied.
GUEST CONDUCT
Guests are expected to behave respectfully and in accordance with hotel rules.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or ask guests to leave without a refund if their behaviour is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or illegal.
LIABILITY
The Eagle Hotel accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings during their stay.
Guests are advised to ensure they have adequate travel or personal belongings insurance.
The hotel’s liability to guests is limited to the value of the booking, except where prohibited by law.
SMOKING AND PETS
Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas, including guest rooms.
A cleaning fee of up to £150 may be applied for any breach of this policy.
Pets are not permitted, with the exception of registered assistance dogs.
PARKING
Free on-site parking is available for guests, subject to availability.
The hotel accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to vehicles or their contents.
DATA PROTECTION
All personal information is handled in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By purchasing or confirming a room booking with The Eagle Hotel, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full.
